We are looking to open as a full “DINE IN” venue as soon as government restrictions are lifted.
HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE
This really depends on what you order and when you order
As a general rule we try and give ourselves 25-40 minutes to fulfil an order
This may vary during peak times (18:30 – 19:30)to 45-60 minutes
In some extremely rare cases it may take even longer
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive

It refers to the postcode on the credit card payment field

I HAVE ALLERGIES/INTOLERANCE
the 14 most common allergens are marked in the descriptions of every items on the ordering system.
Whilst we take great care when preparing our food, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from traces.
Customer with severe allergies/intolerances are advised to call us before placing their orders.
CAN YOU WALK IN AND ORDER?
In order to adhere to social distancing rules, we recommend that customers placed their orders in advance for either collection or deliveries.
once the “Dine in” restriction are lifted by the government, we plan operate on a reservation basis only.
I CAN’T FIND AN ITEM ON THE ORDERING SYSTEM
This is likely to be because the item is sold out.
please note that some of the dishes like Cholent | Kugel | Chicken Wings | are only available on Thursday nights
THE SYSTEM WON’T LET ME ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER
this is likely to be because the item has sold out whilst you were placing your order you would need to refresh your basket or start again.
we are working with our system provider to improve the system so you can clearly see what item is out of stock.
CAN YOU ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Unfortunately all orders are to be placed on our online ordering system
